New Examination and Assessment Scheme 2026-27

In alignment with the recommendations of NEP 2020, NCF - Foundation and NCF-SE 2025 and the latest CBSE Assessment Framework, Ram Shanti Vidya Mandir has implemented a comprehensive competency-based assessment system for Grades I to V.

Objective: To evaluate conceptual understanding, application of knowledge, communication skills, critical thinking, creativity, and overall development of every child.

Important: The best Monthly Assessment score out of the two assessments in each term will be considered for result preparation.

  • Best of MA-I & MA-II – 20 Marks
  • Internal Assessment – 20 Marks
  • Mid-Term Examination – 60 Marks
Total : 100 Marks

Term II (100 Marks)

  • Best of MA-III & MA-IV – 20 Marks
  • Internal Assessment – 20 Marks
  • Annual Examination – 60 Marks
Total : 100 Marks

New Examination & Assessment Scheme 2026-27 (Grade VI-VIII)

In accordance with NEP 2020, NCF-SE and CBSE guidelines, Ram Shanti Vidya Mandir has adopted a competency-based and holistic assessment framework for Grades VI to VIII.

Focus Areas: Conceptual Understanding, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Creativity, Communication, Collaboration and Real-Life Application of Knowledge.
